BT Optio OSE 120

The BT Optio OSE 120 is an efficient electric order picker featuring a nominal load capacity of 1.2 t, designed to operate in tight aisles with a minimum width of 2.8 m. Since its start in 2012, this model has enhanced warehouse picking processes with its compact dimensions (2.642 m in length and 0.79 m in width) and a lifting height of 0.8 m, which allows for seamless pallet handling operations. Its electric power source and the inclusion of a 2.8 kW traction motor and a 2 kW hoist motor ensure precise and energy-efficient control, complemented by a substantial battery capacity of 24/620 V/Ah. With a travel speed up to 12 km/h when unloaded, it optimizes picking time, and its design considers both safety and maneuverability with a turning radius of 2.472 m.
