The Kalmar DC 42-1200 G is a powerful diesel-powered forklift designed for heavy-duty operations. With a nominal load capacity of 42 tonnes, it's built to handle exceptionally large and heavy loads. Its centre of gravity is positioned at 1.2 metres, ensuring stability during lifting tasks. Equipped with a robust Volvo TWD1030ME engine, it delivers a high engine power output of 212 kW, making it suitable for the most demanding tasks. Having started production in 1996, it was designed with standard L 2/4xL tyres and a W transmission type to prioritise both performance and reliability.
