Kalmar EC 5-600

The Kalmar EC 5-600 is an electric counterbalance forklift designed for high-capacity lifting, with a nominal load capacity of 5 tonnes at a load centre of gravity (COG) at 600 mm. Its electric power source, provided by an 80 V battery system, drives a 30 kW traction motor which allows for sufficient power during operation. As part of Kalmar's EC model series, it delivered both reliability and performance between 1996 and 1999, serving the needs of material handling sectors requiring eco-friendly and efficient alternatives to combustion engines.
