Nuova Detas Sherpa 40

The Nuova Detas Sherpa 40 is a diesel-powered counterbalance forklift with a significant load capacity of 4 t suitable for a variety of heavy-duty applications. Designed for robustness and efficiency, it features a powerful Perkins 1104C-44 engine rated at 61.5 kW, which provides high torque at lower revolutions, peaking at 2200 rpm. The COG is centred at 500 mm, ensuring stability during operations. With standard tyres and a weight of 6.9 t, the Sherpa 40 is known for its durability and ease of maintenance. It started production in 2006 and continued through 2011, cementing its place in industrial settings where reliability is prioritised.
