Caterpillar EP 18

The Caterpillar EP 18 is an electric counterbalance forklift that entered the market in 1996 and was produced until 2001. Designed with efficiency and productivity in mind, it boasts a nominal load capacity of 1.8 tonnes and operates with a centre of gravity at 500 mm, making it suitable for a variety of warehouse and loading tasks. Its electric power source, enabled by an 80V battery, drives a 9.4 kW traction motor, ensuring quiet operation and lower emissions compared to internal combustion models. The standard tyres are SE/L 4, designed for stability and smooth operation on different surfaces.
