The Caterpillar EP40 is a robust electric forklift designed for heavy-duty applications with a nominal load capacity of 4 tonnes. Its compact dimensions, e.g., a total width of 1340 mm, make it suitable for operations within limited space. Starting production in 2007, this model offers an impressive lifting height of 3 meters and a reliable electric drive system with a 80 V battery, giving it smooth maneuverability along with a turning radius of 2.45 m. Traction and hoist motors with 18 kW and 23.5 kW power respectively ensure efficient operation, while the Counterbalance design enhances stability during lifting tasks.
